John D. Randazzo has been a licensed attorney for more than twenty years and having been married and divorced he more than understands the significance of an “amicable solution” to separation and divorce. John has two young daughters of his own and recognizes the importance of putting their special needs ahead of his. It was through mediation that he and his children’s mother were able to work this very delicate matter out. He knew what might have happened had he and the girls’ mother “litigated” instead of “mediated.” He had personally been through a litigated divorce where, fortunately, children where not involved. This time the thought of jeopardizing the mental and emotional welfare of all concerned was quite simply “out of the question” as John now says. When you factor in the astronomically high legal fees associated with litigated divorce and the impact on the “family” it was an easy choice to make when his wife at the time suggested they take a look into mediation.

After the first session they knew that mediation was the right choice. The mediation process was a peaceful one and ended when a well thought out separation agreement was entered into. He now has two very well adjusted children as well as a friendly and supportive relationship with their mother.
